Telum Therapeutics has just received good news: a badge for its social, environmental and ethical commitment awarded by EcoVadis, the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings.
Over 125,000 companies are evaluated by EcoVadis annually under 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.
The Telum Therapeutics badge is at the “Committed” level, with 45 points out of 100.
The EcoVadis business sustainability ratings are based on international sustainability standards such as the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the International Labor Organization conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative standards and ISO 26000.
“Since our creation in 2019 as a start-up in the healthcare sector, we have been applying strong corporate social responsibility values with our employees, partners and investors. Our goal is to stay active and keep improving by looking to the EcoVadis success stories,” says Roberto Díez-Martínez, CEO and Co-Founder of Telum Therapeutics.
In January, Telum Therapeutics joined the Treedom platform to help create sustainable agroforestry ecosystems.
